The Background That Led Me Here

For much of my life, I lived in two worlds: the one that everyone could see and the one that was hidden inside. 🥴

On the outside, I looked like I had it all together. I was dependable, driven, and composed…

…but on the inside, I felt like I was falling apart. I lived in my head, constantly overthinking, replaying conversations, and trying to solve every problem by sheer willpower alone. 

I tried everything to find relief. 

Mantras, meditation, exercise routines, diets, and self-help books filled my days, but nothing brought the lasting change I longed for. 

I’d have moments of clarity only for the overwhelm to come rushing back. 

Deep down, I knew there was more to healing than simply following a checklist of “fixes”...

…what I wanted was to feel truly safe—safe in my body, my emotions, and my mind. ♥️

That realization set me on a journey that would transform my life.

Quick fixes or surface-level solutions were not going to help me organize my experiences and understand myself better.

It was the intentional thoughtful work that created space for me to reconnect with myself. 

Over time, I learned how to feel at home in my own body and heart. 🌅

Through this I realized something profound: the deepest healing doesn’t come from following someone else’s blueprint. 👣

It comes from being seen, heard, and guided in a way that’s uniquely tailored to you. 

The most transformative moments of my healing often took time to unfold layer by layer for deeper understanding my experiences, without rushing or prescribing.

I also realized that healing isn’t a solo endeavor. 🦊

There are seasons in life where we need someone to sit with us in the foxhole 🦊, someone who’s willing to walk alongside us and help us make sense of our experiences. 

It’s not about fixing or saving; it’s about creating a space where we can feel safe enough to heal.

This understanding became the foundation for my Healing Sessions.

The Inspiration For Healing Sessions

The idea for Healing Sessions came from a deeply personal realization—one rooted in both frustration and hope. 

As I worked through my own healing journey, I found myself running into systems and methodologies that didn’t quite fit. 

Many healing modalities felt rigid, impersonal, or overly focused on performance. 

They offered formulas and checklists but lacked the flexibility and compassion needed to truly address the nuances of a deeply thinking, deeply feeling person.

I’d leave sessions or programs questioning myself, wondering why I couldn’t make their methods work. The problem wasn’t me—it was the one-size-fits-all approach that didn’t account for my unique perspective or experiences.

But then there were moments of breakthrough. 🏆

These came not from systems or rigid structures, but from turning inward, working with helpers, healers and guides I trusted, slowly shifting my thoughts and habits - and being extra gentle and loving with myself.

This approaches didn’t try to fit me into a mold; instead, they helped me uncover my own wisdom.

It was in those moments that I realized the power of being truly seen, heard, and understood.

I began to notice how much of the healing industry was built around the idea of fixing people, as though we are problems to be solved. (Which only capitalizes on and perpetuates the pain and trauma that bought us to healing in the first place. ⬅️)

But that’s not what healing is about.

Healing is about becoming curious, honest, and vulnerable.

Healing is about slowing down and listening—not just to someone else’s advice, but to your own body, heart, and intuition. 

I saw a need for a space where people could explore their own stories and sensations without judgment or pressure.

A space where performance wasn’t the goal—authenticity was.

I wanted to create that space for others.

I wanted to offer the kind of deeply personal, compassionate support that had made such a difference in my life.

…let’s be honest, my inspiration also came from seeing the cultural pressures around us.

We’re constantly bombarded with messages to be faster, better, and stronger. Yuck! 😤

In that noise, we lose touch with the gentler, slower work of healing. 

Healing isn’t about quick fixes or flashy results; it’s about cultivating a relationship with yourself, step by step. 

I wanted to create a place where people could come to slow down, reconnect, and truly heal—on their own terms.

The Challenges We Address Together

Healing Sessions are designed to support those navigating challenging seasons of life, such as:

  • Emotional Overwhelm: When big changes stir up big emotions, you may feel overwhelmed or even experience physical symptoms like tension, headaches, or nausea.

  • Dissociation and Overthinking: Many of my clients feel disconnected from their bodies and stuck in cycles of over analysis. They’re desperate to stop overthinking but don’t know how.

  • Adjusting to Unexpected Changes: Whether it’s a shift in your health, relationships, or life circumstances, navigating significant transitions can feel disorienting, overwhelming, and bring grief.

These challenges show up as low energy, emotional outbursts, or feeling at the mercy of your feelings. 

You might find yourself keeping the peace to avoid conflict, even when it means betraying your own needs. 

Or maybe you’re making healthier choices but feeling isolated because the people in your life don’t understand your changes.

Why It's Hard To Go It Alone

Healing isn’t just about doing the work—it’s about knowing where to begin and finding the right support. 

In today’s world, the sheer volume of information on healing can feel overwhelming. 📚📚📚

You might find yourself sifting through countless methods, only to feel more confused about what’s right for you. 

It’s like trying to navigate a dense forest without a map or compass. Each turn feels uncertain, and the fear of getting it wrong can keep you stuck in place.

On top of that, our culture often glorifies self-reliance. 💪💪💪

We’re told that we should be able to figure it all out on our own, and asking for help can feel like a weakness. 

This mindset only adds to the weight you’re carrying.

Instead of reaching out, you may try to soldier through alone, all while feeling more disconnected and overwhelmed.

Another layer of difficulty comes from the nature of the healing process itself. 🎢🎢🎢

Healing isn’t linear or predictable—it’s deeply personal and often messy. 

Without a trusted guide, it’s easy to misinterpret what you’re feeling or to give up when progress feels slow. 

You might find yourself questioning whether you’re even capable of healing, especially if past attempts at getting help have left you feeling misunderstood or unseen.

Finally, there’s the challenge of vulnerability. ❤️❤️❤️

True healing requires you to open up and face the parts of yourself that you’ve been avoiding. 

Doing this alone can feel daunting, if not impossible.

Vulnerability becomes easier when you have someone 🦊 by your side who creates a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your inner world without fear of judgment.

The truth is, healing isn’t meant to be a solo journey.

It’s a partnership 🦊 —a process of being seen, supported, and guided as you navigate the path back to yourself.
