Like you, I was a high performing professional using my quick mind and sensitively attuned nature to get rewards and accolades (I lived for the praise!) while overextending myself at home to take care of family and friends flung across the United States, and finished my evenings polishing off bottles of wine to slow down my thoughts, numb out my feelings, and lull me into sleep. Yeah, it wasn’t great! 

Since then, I’ve learned to honor rather than abuse my nature and gone on to help countless other empathetic givers and deep thinkers stop centering their power externally and turn inward for a lifetime of safety, love and wisdom with my Healing Sessions.

Here’s how Healing Sessions help you achieve presence and clarity.

Before Session 

You’ll receive an intake questionnaire to complete before our first session. This helps me get to know you and dive right in when we first meet so your session is potent and powerful.

In Session

Over Zoom we'll walk what you’re experiencing and highlight pathways back to connection with your body and heart. You will uncover new layers of self-awareness through gentle guided practices and powerful reflections. You will feel heard and understood in a space dedicated to your personal growth and healing. You will expand your capacity for returning to your body, tuning into your heart, and listening to your inner wisdom. 

Our time together will give you permission to exhale, encouragement to be kind and patient, and accelerate your knowledge and skills for lasting change.

After Session 

You’ll always leave our sessions with personalized notes, practices, and guidance to continue self exploration and healing outside of sessions. I send this by email so you can easily reference them anytime.

1. What if I’m skeptical about this type of coaching? Will it actually work for me? Skepticism is normal! Many clients come in unsure but leave feeling a deep shift in their clarity, presence, and emotional well-being. The process is practical, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

2. I’m concerned about the cost. How can I be sure it’s worth it? I understand that investing in yourself can feel like a big step. Each session is designed to provide value, whether you’re looking for immediate relief or ongoing support. You’ll leave each session with personalized practices and tools that you can continue to use, helping to create lasting impact beyond our time together. For clients who want to explore the experience first, I offer a single session as an introduction, and my multi-session packages provide additional savings for longer-term work.

3. What if I’m not ready to face uncomfortable emotions? Healing sessions can bring up emotions, but it’s all at your pace and comfort level. My role is to create a safe, gentle environment where you feel supported, not overwhelmed. We’ll go only as deep as you’re ready, with compassion as the foundation of our work. Many clients feel a sense of relief, release, and peace, and you’re encouraged to share any concerns or boundaries upfront.

4. I’ve tried other healing methods that didn’t work—how is this different? If you’re feeling discouraged, know that you’re not alone, and it’s common to feel this way. My sessions are tailored to meet each person where they are, honoring your unique journey and needs. We combine coaching, energy work, and guided practices to address both your goals and challenges.
